Terms & Conditions – 100% Job Placement Guarantee

1. Eligibility Criteria

• The student must successfully complete the entire course/training program offered by Clever Vidya Academy Pvt Ltd..

• Minimum attendance of 90% in all classes, workshops, and placement-related activities is required.

• The student must clear all internal assessments, projects, and examinations with at least 60% passing grade.

• Only students who have no pending fees or dues will be eligible for placement support.

2. Placement Process

• The institute will provide job interviews with a minimum of 5 companies within 5 months of course completion.

• The student must participate in all interview opportunities arranged by the institute.

• The institute reserves the right to determine suitable job profiles based on the student’s skills, performance, and industry requirements.

3. Student Responsibilities

• Students must maintain professional conduct during interviews and recruitment processes.

• The student must accept reasonable job offers that meet the agreed placement criteria (role, industry, minimum salary package).

• If a student refuses more than 10 job offers/interviews, the placement guarantee will be considered void.

• The student must update their resume, portfolio, and LinkedIn profile as per institute guidelines.

4. Guarantee Conditions

• The guarantee applies only if the student meets all eligibility criteria and follows the placement process diligently.

• The institute guarantees placement in roles relevant to the course/training completed.

• The guarantee does not cover salary expectations beyond industry standards.

• The placement guarantee will be valid for [6–12 months] after course completion.

5. Exceptions

The guarantee will not apply in the following cases:

• Student fails to clear background verification or has legal/disciplinary issues.

• Student rejects offers that meet the agreed placement criteria.

• Student remains unresponsive to placement-related communication.

• Any force majeure events (pandemic, recession, natural calamity, etc.) affecting hiring.

6. Refund / Alternative Benefit (Optional)

• If the institute fails to provide a placement within the guarantee period despite the student fulfilling all obligations, the student may be eligible for:

  • Full/Partial refund of course fees, OR

  • Extended training/mentorship support until placed (as per institute policy).
