1. No Refund Policy

Once the course fee is paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable, under all circumstances. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or personal circumstances

• Switching to another institute or course

• Unused classes or discontinuation by the student

• Failure to attend classes (online or offline)

2. Course Cancellation by Academy

If Clever Vidya Academy cancels a course before it starts, students will be eligible for a 100% refund of the fees paid.

If a course is interrupted or rescheduled due to unavoidable circumstances (such as faculty unavailability, low enrollment, or emergencies), the Academy may offer:

• A rescheduled batch

• Transfer to a similar course

• Partial refund based on remaining sessions (if applicable and decided by management)

3. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases (such as severe medical emergencies), students may submit a written request for a partial refund or course hold. These are reviewed case-by-case by Academy management, and the decision will be final.

All such requests must be supported with valid documents and submitted within 7 days of the issue arising.

4. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved (under exceptional or academy-initiated cancellations), it will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original mode of payment or through an alternate method agreed upon.
